We support our customers in optimizing their processes. To do so we use the Business Process Reengineering approach by Hammer & Champy and the MATHERA-MATRIX-METHODE by Prof. Wolfgang Mathera.

With both methods ACTIVE BUSINESS CONSULT has designed more efficient customer processes in the logistics and finance environment and was also able to exploit potential in the areas of planning, reporting and analysis.
The main goal
Main goal is always to question the processes in regards to the benefits for our customers and on base of this create the really necessary processes and process steps.
Real changes lay in the details
The praxis has shown that the discussion on process level 3 indicates benefits, however, the real changes lay in the details. This can mean that in many cases we analyses processes until level 5 (transaction code level in SAP). This way it is possible to make better analysis of statements concerning process improvements in the system and specify their costs and benefits.
